Copyright of all images remains the property of Red Frog Photography, in accordance with the 1988 Copyright Act. The customer understands and accepts that copying images without Red Frog Photography's permission is not permitted. Red Frog Photography will have artistic licence in relation to the poses photographed and the locations used. Red Frog Photography will correctly judge the location used, poses staged and number of photographs taken. Photographs taken during the course of a booking will be at the discretion of Red Frog Photography although every effort will be made to comply with the client’s requirements. Red Frog Photography guarantees that any customer information gathered in the course of its business will not be shared with any third party other than for the purposes of carrying out its normal business. Red Frog Photography may from time to time contact customers with details such as special offers promotions or new products. Red Frog Photography undertakes not to use, sell or make available any images originating from a customer sitting to any third party for any reason except for the promotion of its own business and the customer confirms that the company has their permission to do this. Printed photographs will be retained for a period of 28 days. Digital copies will be kept for a period of 12 months.
In the unlikely event of any complaint with regards to our service, all complaints must be received in writing within seven days of collection of products purchased. /
